1. PAYMENTS TEACH ME HOW TO BIZ PROGRAMME
1.1 We require a deposit of £1,000 to book your place on your selected session. Remember, only 2 start-ups will be accepted into each round of the programme.
1.2 If you want to pay the programme fee of £5,900 in full, you are required to make a payment of the remaining £4,900 (minus the deposit) no later than 2 weeks prior the start date of the programme.
1.3 If you want to use any of the instalment payment options, we require your first instalment to reach us no later than 2 weeks prior to the start of the programme. The payment schedule as follows:
Paying in full:
Deposit: £1,000 Payment 2 weeks prior start date: £4,900
Deposit: £1,000 Payment 2 weeks prior start date: £1,500
Payment on 4th week of the course: £1,700
Payment on 8th week of the course: £1,700
Deposit: £1,000 Payment 2 weeks prior start date: £450
10 monthly payments by direct debit: £450
Last payment: £400
1.4 Teach Me How to Biz cannot guarantee your place on the programme until a full payment has been received or you’ve made payment on time in accordance with the above schedule.
1.5. If you miss a payment on your agreed schedule for more than 10 working days from the agreed due date without previously discussing this with us or cancel your direct debit for any reason, your place on the programme will be cancelled, you may lose your rights over the branding materials, your website may be taken down and any social media profiles, along with any content on them may be permanently deleted.
2. CANCELLATIONS BY YOU
2.1 You may cancel your place on the programme up to 8 weeks before the programme start date for a full refund including the deposit.
2.2. You may cancel your place on the programme up to 4 weeks before the programme start date for a full fee refund, excluding the deposit. This means if you have chosen any of the instalment payment options and you have not made any instalment payment before your cancellation you are not due a refund.
2.3 If you wish to cancel at least 2 weeks prior the start date of the programme, you will be entitled to 50% refund of the fee, less the deposit.
2.4 Cancellations within 2 weeks of the programme start date are not eligible for refunds. However, in special circumstance, at our discretion and subject to availability you may be offered to carry over your paid fee as a credit towards another round of the programme.
2.5 Online courses you purchase on the Teach Me How to Biz website cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2.6 All cancellations must be made in writing to email@example.com.
2.7 Refunds may take up to 3 weeks to be processed and appear in your bank account.
3 CANCELLATIONS BY US
3.1 If we have to cancel a programme round we shall make every effort to give you at least 2 weeks’ notice. You will then have the option of transferring to another round or having a full refund of the fees, including your deposit, which may take up to 3 weeks to be processed and appear in your bank account.
3.2 Teach Me How To Biz does not accept any liability for any losses (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation costs) arising as a consequence of any modification or cancellation of the programme or timetabling constraints as set out above, beyond the cost of the programme fee.
4.1 If you are unable to attend a meeting or meetings or complete a programme due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund or to automatically transfer to another round. However, we will offer to catch up with the missed material via online meetings and consider such action that we believe to be fair and reasonable.
4.2 Please note that if alternative options are offered, there may be an additional charge.
