Payment & Cancellation Policy



1.1 If you pay the programme fee in full, your sessions will begin the next working day, unless agreed otherwise with your coach prior the payment. 

1.2 If you want to use any of the instalment payment options, we require your first instalment to reach us no later than 3 working days prior to the start of the programme. The payment schedule as follows:

Paying in full:


24 hours prior start date:  OFF THE GROUND - £5,900; CLARITY - £3,000


3 Instalments:



Payment 3 working days prior start date: £1,500

Payment on 4th week of the programme: £2,250

Payment on 8th week of the programme: £2,250


Payment 3 working days prior start date: £1,050

Payment on 4th week of the programme: £1,050

Payment on 8th week of the programme: £1,050


12 Instalments:



Payment 3 working days prior start date: £1,500

11 monthly payments by direct debit: £460



12 monthly payments by direct debit: £300

First payment must be done at least 3 working days prior start date.

1.3 If you are applying for an intake later in the year, you are required to pay a deposit of £1,000 to keep your place on the programme for your chosen period. The deposit will then be put towards your programme fee.

1.4 Teach Me How to Biz cannot guarantee your place on the programme until a full payment has been received or you’ve made payment on time in accordance with the above schedule. If you have paid a deposit, your place will be kept and you will be expected to make another payment (either in full or in instalments) no later than 5 working days before the start of your chosen intake.

1.5 If you miss a payment on your agreed schedule for more than 10 working days from the agreed due date without previously discussing this with us or cancel your direct debit for any reason, your place on the programme will be cancelled, you may lose your rights over the branding materials designed by us, the website we've created for you may be taken down and you will be liable to pay the remaining amount of the programme value, plus any costs Teach Me How to Biz incurs as a result of your cancellation of payment. 




2.1. You may cancel your place on the programme up to 4 weeks before the programme start date for a deposit refund. 

2.2 If you wish to cancel no later than 2 weeks prior the start date of the programme, you will be entitled to 50% refund of the deposit.

2.3 Cancellations within 2 weeks of the programme start date are not eligible for refunds. However, in special circumstance, at our discretion and subject to availability you may be offered to carry over your paid fee or deposit as a credit towards another round of the programme.

2.4 Online courses you purchase on the Teach Me How to Biz website cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2.5 All cancellations must be made in writing to and within the set deadlines.

2.6 Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to be processed and appear in your bank account.




3.1 If we have to cancel a programme round we shall make every effort to give you at least 2 weeks notice.  You will then have the option of transferring to another round or having a full refund of the fees, including your deposit, which may take up to 2 weeks to be processed and appear in your bank account.

3.2 Teach Me How To Biz does not accept any liability for any losses (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation costs) arising as a consequence of any modification or cancellation of the programme or timetabling constraints as set out above, beyond the cost of the programme fee.




4.1 If you are unable to attend a meeting or meetings or complete a programme due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund or to automatically transfer to another round. However, we will offer to catch up with the missed material via online meetings and consider such action that we believe to be fair and reasonable.

4.2 Please note that if alternative options are offered, there may be an additional charge.
